For ease of referring patients for investigations and treatment, a number of standard request forms are available. For copies of these, please email your request to us or telephone the GP Liaison & Outpatient Appointments team on 020 7881 4000. Clinic Information
More than 200 of our consultants hold regular outpatient clinics at The Lister Hospital and Chelsea Outpatient Centre. Many of them can be booked by telephoning the Lister Hospital Appointments on 020 7730 8298. Inpatient Admissions
The Lister Hospital offers a pre-admission assessment service to ensure that all pre-operative tests are completed before admission, allowing for a smooth admission on the day. Pre-admission assessment is undertaken at the hospital, or may be conducted by telephone by our pre-admission nurse.
