We are now making it even easier for patients to access the exceptional quality of care provided by HCA International hospitals in central London with our new All Inclusive product.
What is All Inclusive?
All Inclusive is designed to make accessing private healthcare simple and aims to free patients from any financial uncertainties that coming into a private hospital can sometimes bring. All Inclusive is a self-pay package that offers patients complete peace of mind. There are no "hidden" extras or additional charges. The procedure cost is guaranteed irrespective of the length of stay and covers re-admittance within 30 days of discharge for procedure related complications.
What does an All Inclusive package include?
All Inclusive treatment includes surgery, consultants' fees, prosthesis, nursing care, accommodation, patient meals, in-patient physiotherapy, medication while in hospital, plus 3 days take home medication and removal of stitches (if required). Plus there will be the added benefit of no extra charges if a patient has to stay in hospital longer than expected - due to a clinical reason related to the original treatment. Neither will there be any extra charges if complications arise directly related to the original procedure within 30 days after discharge from hospital and further treatment is necessary.
Our staff will be able to give patients a 'guide' price even if they haven't seen a consultant, but a referral letter from their GP will be required before an appointment with a consultant can be arranged. We will provide a written estimate to every enquirer listing exactly what is included in the All Inclusive offer.
To be eligible for this product all patients must attend and pass a pre-operative assessment carried out by experienced pre-assessment nurses. At this clinic appointment patients fitness for surgery will be assessed and information provided about the procedure itself plus discussion of any plans required after discharge.
For further information please contact our Enquiry Helpline on 020 7881 4100 .
What All Inclusive procedures are available?
We also offer this self-pay option to patients requiring hip or knee replacements at The Lister Hospital.
How does All Inclusive work?
When the Enquiry Helpline receives a general enquiry from either a patient or a patient's relative we will offer the All Inclusive package, giving an "in the region of" price range and recommend participating consultants. This will be confirmed in writing, subject to a clinical pre-admission assessment.
When a reservation is made, our Reservations team will pass the relevant information on to our Enquiry Helpline who will write to the patient with a detailed offer letter subject to clinical pre-admission assessment.
Once clinical pre-admission assessment has been successfully completed, the patient will be sent a confirmation of offer letter with terms and conditions for signature and return. This document will form the contract between the hospital and the patient.
If the patient is deemed unsuitable for the All Inclusive package at the clinical pre-admission assessment, an alternative self-pay option (without guarantees) will be offered. Any decision not to offer the All Inclusive package will be fully discussed with the consultant by the pre-admission assessment team.
